Hello All,
I am thinking about offering a weekly/bi-weekly art/junk journaling program for adults over the winter at my library.
I would prefer it to be a bit more passive, with materials provide but with no strict instructions, as I will be learning along with the participants.
Questions for those who have hosted journaling programs-
1. Did you have step-by-step instructions for those new to art/junk journaling?
2. Did you have a layout/design(s) that participants were aiming to recreate?
3. If you didn't offer instructions or a pre-determined design, did your participants have trouble creating something from scratch? How did you encourage their creativity?
Any feedback or suggestions about what works and doesn't work for this type of program is very appreciated. 😊
