In this exciting role, you will assist the Staff Development Coordinator in providing training and staff enrichment opportunities and ensure that the JDL team delivers exceptional customer service to patrons throughout Jackson County. You’ll be working closely with the administration team and branch staff to support the growth and development of JDL employees. You’ll be a vital part of the team, ensuring that staff have access to the tools and resources needed to thrive in their roles. The position involves a mix of administrative duties, scheduling, and supporting the development and delivery of training programs that promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:

  *   Strong communication and organizational skills
  *   A proactive, self-starter with a passion for supporting staff development and training
  *   A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  *   Experience with technology and virtual training platforms is a plus
  *   A team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to JDL’s mission and values
  *   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  *   Strong time management skills and attention to detail
