The Gloria Coles Flint Public Library is hiring Adult Services Librarians and On-Call Librarians! We are seeking energetic, creative people who are passionate about helping others and serving the Flint community. Our team is dedicated to creating a library where everyone belongs and feels welcome. Come work at the new beautifully transformed Library in the heart of the Flint Cultural Center!

Adult Services Librarian:
The Adult Services Librarian is responsible for the development and implementation of creative, innovative, community centered programs and services for adults in collaboration with other library staff and under the guidance of library management.

On Call Librarian:
On-Call Librarians foster a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, engaging in conversations, and proactively meeting their needs. Candidates should be enthusiastic, people-focused, and committed to equitable, inclusive service. This role is highly visible and interactive, requiring staff to promote library resources, services, and programs. The ideal candidate goes above and beyond to create positive experiences that keep patrons coming back.
