The Kalamazoo Public Library is seeking a compassionate, innovative, and community-driven Branch Manager to lead our Alma Powell branch -a vital resource serving the northside community of Kalamazoo, MI. Currently housed in a temporary facility, this branch is on the cusp of an exciting transformation, with plans underway for a new, permanent building designed to better meet the evolving needs of our patrons.

The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in this transition-ensuring excellent library services and community engagement today, while helping to shape the vision and operations for the new facility. This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who is passionate about equity, inclusion, and creating a welcoming space where all people can access information, learn, and connect.
