[Michlib-l] Amazon will start charging sales tax in Michigan

We set up a new business account for our library last week. It wasn't very
difficult. There was one thing that wasn't clearly spelled out on the
Amazon site which might help someone else. If you have several people doing
orders off of your business account, and they use their own payment
methods, they each need to go through the tax-free setup process.

Also, our city treasurer preferred to have us upload the Michigan tax form
to Amazon (form 3372). By default, the Amazon site has you walk through an
online process, but on the first screen there's a way to bail out of that
and upload the document instead. Amazon approved the form within 24 hours,
so they're quick even with the scanned forms.
