The Delta Township Manager's Office will be accepting applications for the following part-time positions at the Delta Township District Library, 5130 Davenport Road in Lansing, Michigan.

LIBRARY ASSISTANT, YOUTH SERVICES (part-time)
Under the supervision of the Youth Services Librarian, this position performs a variety of duties and responsibilities that assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the library; plans library programs for infants, toddlers, youth, and teens; provides readers advisory and informational assistance to all ages; assists in maintaining the youth section of the library; assists with community and school outreach; assists as requested in other areas of the library.  Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree.

CLERK, CIRCULATION SERVICES (part-time)
Under the supervision of the Circulation Services Librarian, this position performs a variety of duties and responsibilities that assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the library, including charging books, magazines, and other library holdings in and out of the circulation desk; checks incoming materials and inspects them for damage; operates a variety of standard office machines including a computer and cash register.  Duties also include contacting and preparing holds for patrons as well as contacting them regarding overdue material. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
