[Michlib-l] Training Substitute Library Aide

Hello everyone-

I'm hiring a substitute aide who will only work as needed. This is fairly new for our library and, in terms of training, I'm stuck on how extensive to be. Would any of you have a training guideline (or something similar) that you could share with me?
