CSLP - Feeding the Whole Child: Libraries and Food is a place where librarians and interested community members can come together to discuss the intersection of libraries and food insecurity. Libraries occupy a very unique space in their communities. In libraries, anyone can enter and feel welcome. We are here to discuss new and existing strategies to fill not only minds and hearts, but to alleviate hunger as well.

Library Workers Need Support for their Emotional Labor<https://www.slj.com/?detailStory=Library-Workers-Support-for-Emotional-Labor-Editorial-libraries>, editorial by Rebecca T. Miller.

Teens in the Library:
Researchers at Kent State University invite you to participate in an online survey about providing teen services at the library. We are interested in finding out why teens do or do not use their local libraries, what barriers exist for teen library usage and teen services, and what successful teen services and teen spaces look like. Please click the link below to learn more about the study or to give your consent to complete the online survey.

Teen Library Services Survey: https://kent.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0q91Xp5mNOwsBO5

Once you click on the link, you will be taken to a consent form where you can choose whether or not to participate in the study. If you choose to participate, you will be taken directly into the survey. This brief online survey should take approximately 10 to 20 minutes of your time. Participation in this study is strictly voluntary; if at any time during the survey you would prefer not to finish, you can stop. Your participation in this study will be completely anonymous and you will not be contacted again in the future. If you have any questions about the study, please contact Amanda Seifert at aseifer7 at kent.edu<mailto:aseifer7 at kent.edu>. Thank you for your consideration!

Still time to register!

Webinar attendees will receive a free copy of the book; space is limited! If unable to attend live, the webinar will be recorded for registrants. This program is brought to you in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

These programs are supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
