[Michlib-l] Free mobile hot spots?

All,
 Have you heard of any internet companies who may be lending mobile hot 
spots for free to rural, underserved areas?  The local school in my 
community is trying to find access for many of our students in Tuscola 
County.  
 Any insight would be appreciated!
