DeAnna Weeden, also known by her stage name DeAnna Victoria, is a Jazz vocalist, songwriter and educator. She has performed at The Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, The North Sea Jazz Festival in The Hague and made her New York debut at The Iridium Jazz Club. Having performed with some of the world's most notable figures in Jazz, including Lionel Hampton and Curtis Fuller to name a few, she clearly has the voice of a true Jazz singer! She continues to exceed the expectations of her listeners, by creating a nostalgic and dynamic atmosphere, which evokes the authentic, timeless elements of classic Jazz, interwoven with her own distinctive nuances. She will be singing Jazz standards plus for this special Juneteenth performance her repertoire will feature songs of prayer, protest and freedom - paying tribute to Billie Holiday, Abbey Lincoln, Nina Simone, Duke Ellington and Paul Laurence Dunbar.
