MEET LOCAL AUTHORS!!! On Saturday, July 9th, please come to the Book Sale, Garden Tour and local author program at the library!  Join Katie Maskey, Joyce Harvey, Christine Allen, Wendy Daudelin, Lannie Stabile, Mack Bucki, Becky Robinson and more!  There will be books available for purchase and to sign as well as any questions and conversations.

Finished Reading:  "The Stone Thrower" by Jael Richardson.  An amazing and well-written story of a father-daughter relationship that travels through the past for them both and travels through race, poverty, and coming of age for both.  Daughter of Former Toledo football star, Chuck Ealey, this is a wonderful story.  Book that is being discussed at book club at The Luther Haus in July.

Finished Reading:  "The Lost Apothecary" by Sarah Penner.   In eighteenth century London, a secret apothecary holds recipes of poison for women to use against the ill mannered men in their lives.  In present day London, Caroline stumbles across a clue to the unsolved apothecary murders.  Her life collides with the apothecary in a stunning twist of fate and not everyone will survive.
