[Michlib-l] Atriuum library software question

I've been unable to send a form letter to my library patrons via Atriuum today, and I'm wondering why.

Booksystems is short-staffed right before the holiday weekend, so I'd like to get some help from another Atriuum user if someone is willing to give me a few minutes of their time.
