[Michlib-l] Notary Services

  I have been a Notary since 2018 as a service the library provides for
free. Since it is free we do have a few limitations.  Such as the number i
can do at one time, and it is based on my availability.
It wasn't difficult or cost prohibitive.  It does help that the location
for me to be sworn in is a block away from my library.
The training was online.
I would get a seal stamp and a record book.  (a Lot of forms ask for a seal
stamp)
